Product Description The Fully Automatic PVD Coating Machine (Physical Vapor Deposition) is an advanced industrial vacuum coating system designed to deposit thin, durable and decorative coatings onto compatible metal, glass, ceramic and other suitably prepared surfaces. The machine operates inside a controlled vacuum chamber, where coating material is vaporized using technologies such as magnetron sputtering or cathodic arc deposition, depending on the machine configuration. The deposited coating provides decorative finishes and can improve surface hardness, wear resistance and corrosion performance when the appropriate coating process is used. Equipped with an industrial automation system, the machine can automatically manage vacuum pumping, chamber pressure, coating power supplies, process gas flow, substrate rotation, heating, coating time and cooling sequences. A PLC-based control system with an HMI touchscreen can provide recipe management, automatic process sequencing, parameter monitoring, alarm handling and production-cycle control. The machine can be customized for decorative coating applications, stainless steel products, hardware accessories, automotive components, tools and industrial surface-treatment requirements.
