The Heat Treatment Furnace Fully Automatic Control Panel is designed for automatic control, monitoring, and protection of industrial heat treatment furnaces. It manages furnace temperature, heating cycles, process timing, alarms, and safety interlocks with minimal operator intervention. The panel can be configured with digital PID temperature controllers, programmable temperature profiles, thermocouple inputs, thyristor/SCR power controllers or contactors, safety temperature controllers, timers, relays, circuit protection, indication lamps, alarm hooter, and operator controls according to the furnace design. For multi-zone furnaces, individual heating zones can be controlled independently to maintain the required temperature profile. PID controllers can use thermocouple or RTD feedback, while thyristor power controllers can provide proportional control of electric heating loads. Automatic ramp/soak/cool sequences and temperature recording can also be incorporated where required.
