Product Description The Fully Automatic Iron Foundry Sand Mixing Plant Control Panel is designed for automated control and sequencing of industrial foundry sand preparation and mixing systems. The panel coordinates the major equipment involved in the sand mixing process to provide consistent and repeatable operation. The control system can manage sand feeding, material dosing, additive/binder feeding, water addition, mixing, discharge and material handling according to the configured process sequence. A PLC-based automation system with HMI operator interface can be used to set recipes, timers, quantities and process parameters while monitoring machine status and alarms. The panel can also incorporate motor starters or VFDs, level sensors, weighing/load-cell systems, flow or level control, interlocks, overload protection, emergency-stop circuits and fault indication according to the plant configuration.
