AGSS Fully Automatic Control Panel – Automatic Gas Scavenging System Control Panel

The AGSS Fully Automatic Control Panel is an industrial control panel designed for automatic operation, monitoring, and protection of an AGSS (Anaesthetic Gas Scavenging System). It provides centralized control of the vacuum/scavenging system and is suitable for applications requiring continuous and reliable removal of waste anaesthetic gases. The panel shown is configured for a two-stage vacuum system with HMI-based system monitoring and control. The operator interface provides system pressure monitoring, pump status, pump selection, alarms, and operating controls. The control panel incorporates automatic pump management, allowing the system to monitor operating conditions and control the connected vacuum pumps according to system requirements. Visual indicators and alarm functions provide information about pump operation, pump selection, loading and trip conditions. A touchscreen HMI provides a graphical interface for monitoring the system pressure and vacuum pump status. The panel also includes Auto/Manual selection, Start/Stop controls, Reset, Emergency Stop, alarm indication, and pump status indicators.
